  • Introduction:

    ENiCrMo-3:

ENiCrMo-3 is a nickel-based electrode with a low hydrogen type coating. The weld has excellent plasticity, toughness and crack resistance. Weld metal has high strength and good corrosion resistance at room temperature and high temperature. DC reverse connection, good welding process performance, good operability, good all-position weldability.

Application: Used to weld nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloys. Its applications include dissimilar joints between nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloys to either stainless steels, carbon steels or low alloy steels.

    ENiCrMo-4:

It contains nickel, molybdenum and chromium, with tungsten added. Due to its high molybdenum content, the alloy exhibits high resistance to stress cracking, pitting and crevices. For metal covering and cladding was created for the excellent ability of a piece of equipment to remain in all positions, especially for misplacement welding, being malleable, easy to form and weld, and excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking in chloride-containing solutions with high chromium and molybdenum content.

Application: Suitable for welding C276 alloy and other NiCrMo alloys.
This material may also be used for dissimilar welding between nickel base alloys and stainless steels as well as for surfacing and cladding.

    ENiCrFe-2:

It is a nickel-chromium-iron flux-coated electrode designed primarily for shielded metal arc welding of Inconel600, Incoloy 800 and Incoloy800H alloys.

Application: Used for welding of nickel-chromium-iron alloys to themselves, as well as for dissimilar welding between various nickel alloys and carbon or stainless steel. There is a large range of applications from cryogenic temperature up to 1500ºF.

    ENiCrFe-3:

ENiCrFe-3 electrodes are typically welding of nickel-chromium-iron alloys (such as Inconel 600, Inconel 601, Nimonic 75) to themselves and for dissimilar welding between nickel-chromium-iron alloys and steels.

Application: Used for welding of nickel-chromium-iron alloys to themselves and for dissimilar welding between nickel-chromium-iron alloys and steels or stainless steels. Used for applications at temperatures ranging from cryogenic to around 900°F.

    ENiCrMo-6:

It is a nickel base electrode. It gives soft and smooth arc, which is easy to strike and re-strike. It is easy to operate in AC also. The weld metal is of radiographic quality and displays a good combination of strength and impact strength even at minus 196°C. All-position welding.

Application: Ideal for welding 9% Nickel steel for cryogenic storage tanks for LNG and other similar alloys as well as the clad side of joints in steel clad with a Ni- Cr-Mo alloy and for welding Ni-Cr-Mo alloys to steel and to other nickel base alloys.
